Every program at Spirit Refuge Foundation is designed with one goal in mind: giving families, adults, and young people the tools they need to build lasting stability — on their own terms.
Program 01 · Family Stabilization
Families navigating crisis deserve more than a referral list. Navigator Nest pairs every family with a dedicated Family Navigator who works alongside them — not for them — to build a personalized, achievable plan for stability.
Through individualized 30–90 day plans, families move through structured milestones across housing, finances, health, and education — with ongoing support at every step.
Each family is matched with a consistent Navigator who provides accountability, advocacy, and wraparound support throughout their plan.
Plans are co-created with families — addressing housing, finances, employment, childcare, and other immediate needs over 30, 60, or 90 days.
Structured progress checkpoints keep families and Navigators aligned, celebrating wins and adapting plans as life changes.
"Stability isn't a destination — it's a daily practice, and no family should build it alone."Spirit Refuge Foundation — Navigator Nest
Program 02 · Adult Life Skills
LifeLaunch Labs offers adults practical, real-world skill-building in focused 4–6 week cycles. Three distinct tracks meet participants where they are — whether they need to manage money, land a job, or grow as a parent.
Sessions are hands-on, community-centered, and designed for adults with busy lives and real responsibilities.
Short, focused cohorts respect participants' time and build meaningful peer connections within each group.
All content is rooted in real-life scenarios relevant to families in Osceola and Polk Counties.
Participants build lasting peer relationships, creating informal networks of mutual support beyond the program.
"Real skills. Real community. Real change — in just a few weeks."Spirit Refuge Foundation — LifeLaunch Labs
Program 03 · Youth Programming · Ages 5–17
Every child deserves a space to grow, learn, and belong. Bright Futures Collective provides comprehensive youth programming for children ages 5–17 — from homework help to mentorship to creative expression.
We meet kids where they are, and walk with them toward who they can become.
Age-appropriate programming across childhood and adolescence, from early learners through high school teens.
Academic support, social-emotional development, creative expression, and mentorship — all in one place.
Older youth build leadership identity, career awareness, and life skills through the dedicated Teen Thrive track.
"When young people feel seen and supported, there's no limit to what they can achieve."Spirit Refuge Foundation — Bright Futures Collective
Program 04 · Resource Connection
No one should go without because they didn't know where to turn. The Community Bridge Network connects families to the resources they need — through a living directory, quarterly community fairs, and a direct partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank.
We bridge the gap between need and support in Osceola and Polk Counties.
A continuously updated directory of community services covering housing, food, healthcare, legal aid, childcare, and more.
Four times a year, we bring service providers and families together in one place — lowering barriers and building community connections.
Our partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank ensures families have consistent access to nutritious food, regardless of circumstance.
"A strong community is one where no family falls through the cracks."Spirit Refuge Foundation — Community Bridge Network
